From the best-odds single-zero wheel to the high-drama Lightning version — Daraz Play gives you the full range of roulette options, all in PKR.
The gold standard. Single zero wheel with 37 pockets means the house edge is just 2.7% — the lowest you'll find in any standard roulette game. All inside and outside bets available. Perfect for players who want maximum value per spin.
European rules with a supercharged twist — every round, between one and five numbers are struck by RNG lightning, boosting those straight-up payouts to anywhere from 50x up to 500x. The most popular roulette variant at Daraz Play by active player count.
Same single-zero wheel as European but with two special rules — La Partage and En Prison — that cut the house edge on even-money bets in half, down to 1.35%. The best roulette RTP available anywhere. Ideal for players who stick to Red/Black or Odd/Even bets.
Double-zero wheel with 38 pockets. The additional 00 raises the house edge to 5.26%, which is notably higher than European. Worth knowing before you play — American is best suited to players who enjoy the extra betting options the 00 creates, rather than optimising for value.
A live European Roulette variant shot from multiple camera angles with slow-motion replay on every winning number. Higher production value than standard live roulette — the ball drop and wheel spin are shown in close-up detail. Same 37-pocket odds, better atmosphere.
Rounds complete in around 25 seconds — roughly half the time of standard roulette. There's no waiting on other players and the ball is released quickly after bets close. Great if you want a high-volume session or prefer not to watch extended wheel animations between spins.
Roulette is one of those casino games that looks intimidating when you first see the betting layout — numbers everywhere, French words, multiple bet types — but once you understand the basic structure it's genuinely one of the more approachable table games available. At Daraz Play, the roulette section has been built with Pakistani players in mind. Everything runs in PKR, the interface is clean enough to use comfortably on a mid-range phone, and the range of variants means you can find exactly the pace and risk level that suits your style.
The fundamental concept is the same across all variants: a wheel with numbered pockets, a ball, and a set of bets covering which pocket the ball will land in. European Roulette has 37 pockets (1–36 plus a single 0). American Roulette has 38 (adding 00). French Roulette uses the same 37-pocket wheel as European but adds player-friendly rules. Lightning Roulette overlays multipliers on top of standard European rules. Speed Roulette cuts the round time down. Immersive Roulette adds production value. They're all the same game at their core, just with different variables that affect how often you can play and how much you can win on a given spin.
The honest answer is: it depends on what you're optimising for. If you want the best long-run value per spin, French Roulette is the answer — the La Partage rule returns half your stake on even-money bets when zero hits, bringing the house edge on those positions down to 1.35%. It's the most player-friendly roulette variant mathematically.
If you want strong odds with a live dealer experience, European Roulette or Immersive Roulette at Daraz Play are the right choices. Both run at 2.7% house edge with real dealers on a physical wheel. If you're chasing a big multiplier and don't mind slightly higher variance, Lightning Roulette at Daraz Play is where most players spend their time — the potential for a 500x payout on a straight-up number brings in a lot of action. Just go in knowing that the base straight-up payout is reduced to 29:1 (instead of 35:1) to offset those multiplier opportunities.
Roulette bets fall into two main categories: inside bets and outside bets. Inside bets are placed directly on numbers or small groups of numbers. They pay more but win less frequently. Outside bets cover larger groups — all red numbers, all even numbers, or the first eighteen numbers, for example. They pay less but win more often.
Straight-Up (single number) pays 35:1 and is the most commonly placed inside bet at Daraz Play — it's what most players picture when they think of roulette. Split (two adjacent numbers) pays 17:1. Street (three numbers in a row) pays 11:1. Corner (four numbers sharing a corner) pays 8:1. Line (six numbers across two rows) pays 5:1. For outside bets: Columns and Dozens pay 2:1. Red/Black, Odd/Even, and High/Low all pay 1:1. The probability on each of these is straightforward to calculate once you know there are 37 (or 38 for American) total pockets.
Lightning Roulette is the most-played roulette variant at Daraz Play, so it's worth explaining clearly what's different. Before every spin, a random number generator selects between one and five numbers and assigns each a multiplier between 50x and 500x. If you have a straight-up bet on one of those numbers and the ball lands there, you win at the multiplied rate instead of the standard 29:1. If your number isn't selected for a multiplier, the payout is 29:1 rather than the usual 35:1.
That 6-point reduction from 35:1 to 29:1 on non-lightning numbers is how the game funds the multiplier system — it's a straightforward trade of baseline value for the chance at much larger wins. Whether that trade is worthwhile is a personal decision. Players who spread straight-up bets across many numbers get a lot of entertainment from the lightning announcements before each spin. Players focused purely on expected value might prefer standard European Roulette at Daraz Play where the base payout is unmodified.
The Martingale is the most well-known roulette strategy — double your bet after every loss, so when you eventually win you recover all previous losses plus one unit of profit. It sounds foolproof on paper. In practice, the problem is table limits. Most Daraz Play roulette tables have a maximum bet, and a losing streak long enough to hit that limit (which happens more often than people expect) ends the sequence with a large loss rather than a recovery. The Martingale can work in short sessions with disciplined stop points, but it doesn't change the underlying house edge.
The D'Alembert is more conservative — increase your bet by one unit after a loss, decrease by one unit after a win. It limits the escalation problem of the Martingale and provides more stable session-to-session results. The Fibonacci system follows the Fibonacci sequence for bet sizing. None of these change the RTP of the game — they're bankroll management approaches rather than ways to beat the house edge. The house edge on European Roulette is 2.7% on every spin regardless of the sequence of previous outcomes. Past spins have no influence on future ones.
All roulette variants at Daraz Play work in the mobile browser without any app download. The virtual roulette tables load quickly and the betting interface adapts cleanly to smaller screens — you can tap directly on numbers or outside bet areas. For live roulette, the video stream runs in a corner of the screen while the betting grid takes up the main display area, so you're always interacting with the bets without losing sight of the wheel. On a 4G connection the live stream is stable. The betting timer is clearly visible so you don't accidentally miss the close window.
Roulette at Daraz Play is played entirely in Pakistani Rupees. You deposit via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard — all from a minimum of Rs 200. Table minimums start at Rs 200 on most roulette variants. Winnings from roulette are credited to your Daraz Play balance the instant the round settles. When you withdraw, transfers to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically land within five minutes for verified accounts. There are no currency conversion costs because everything stays in PKR from start to finish.
Roulette spins fast, especially in the Speed Roulette variant. That pace can make it easy to lose track of how long you've been playing or how much you've spent. Daraz Play's account settings include deposit limits, session timers, and loss limits that you can set before any session. Using a predetermined budget per session is the single most practical thing you can do to keep roulette enjoyable rather than stressful. If you feel the game is affecting your day-to-day life negatively, the Responsible Gaming page has all the tools and support information you need.

These strategies don't change the house edge but they give your session structure. Understand what each one does before you use it.
Double your bet after every loss. When you win, you recover all previous losses plus one unit of profit, then return to your starting bet. Works in short runs but requires deep pockets and hits table limits on extended losing streaks.
Increase your bet by one unit after a loss, decrease by one unit after a win. Much slower escalation than Martingale. Results in more balanced sessions and doesn't blow up as dramatically on a bad run.
Bet following the Fibonacci sequence (1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13…) after losses and go back two steps after a win. More conservative than Martingale but still requires a reasonable bankroll to ride out losing sequences.
Place a fixed amount each spin across specific number groups covering 25 of the 37 European numbers. No escalation — you bet the same structure every spin regardless of outcomes. Simple, disciplined, and easy to track your session spending.
No strategy changes the mathematical house edge. The RTP of European Roulette at Daraz Play is 97.3% per spin regardless of previous results.
