Daraz Play Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Daraz Play ("we," "us," "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Daraz Play website or services — including casino games, sports betting, live tables, and promotional features — you are confirming that you have read and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, whether you are browsing as a guest or have a registered account. The fact that you are using the platform at all constitutes acceptance of the current version of these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

Daraz Play reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. 2Eligibility

To register an account and use Daraz Play, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Daraz Play does not permit minors to register, deposit, play, or receive winnings under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, businesses, and automated bots are not permitted to register player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate partner, or immediate family member of a Daraz Play employee or contractor.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform. If you have previously self-excluded and your exclusion period is still active, you are not eligible to register or play at Daraz Play.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration. Providing false information — including a false date of birth to circumvent the age requirement — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Daraz Play reserves the right to request age verification and identity documentation from any player at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified will result in account suspension pending review.

3Account Registration

One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account with Daraz Play. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same CNIC number, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is a violation of these Terms. Daraz Play uses automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Any account found to be a duplicate will be closed and all funds, including deposits and winnings, may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. Do not share your credentials with any other person. Daraz Play will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Daraz Play support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension pending a security review.

Account Verification

Daraz Play operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) as part of standard account verification. This is required before any withdrawal is processed. Verification is a one-time process. Once completed, your account is marked as verified and withdrawals proceed at standard processing times.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods

Daraz Play currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards linked to Pakistani bank accounts. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion at any stage.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit is Rs 200 across all supported methods. There is no upper deposit limit for standard account holders, though higher deposits may trigger additional verification requirements for anti-money laundering compliance. Deposits are credited to your Daraz Play account immediately or within a few minutes of the transaction being initiated, depending on your payment provider.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals are available only to accounts that have completed KYC verification. The withdrawal must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible — this is a fraud prevention requirement, not an arbitrary restriction. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for verified accounts typically process within five minutes. IBFT bank transfers take longer, typically a few hours, depending on the receiving bank's processing window.

• Withdrawals are subject to internal security checks. Daraz Play reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 48 hours if a security review is triggered.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real money balance is available for withdrawal at any time.
• Daraz Play does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Daraz Play offers a range of bonuses and promotions including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, cricket betting boosts, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms when claimed.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are specified on each promotion and may include account status, deposit history, and game type.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games and live casino games typically contribute 10%–20%. The specific contribution rate for each game category is listed on the Promotions page.
• Bonus funds are used before real money funds in your balance when placing bets, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Daraz Play reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including retroactively in cases where fraud or abuse is detected.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms while minimising genuine risk, colluding with other players to abuse referral programmes, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.

6Game Rules and Conduct

All casino games available on Daraz Play use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by previous results, player history, or any external factor. The RTP percentages displayed for games are mathematically accurate and based on the underlying game mathematics as verified by the providers.

Fair Play

Players are expected to use games as intended. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in a game to generate artificial winnings. Any winnings generated through a known or suspected software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other players at live dealer tables to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or predict RNG outputs through statistical pattern analysis in ways that constitute cheating rather than legitimate play strategy.

Disputed Results

If you believe a game result was incorrect or that a technical fault affected the outcome, you must raise the dispute with Daraz Play support within 72 hours of the relevant game session. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. Daraz Play's decision on disputed game results, following review of game logs and technical records, is final.

7Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at Daraz Play covers cricket, football, and other international sports. Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as declared by the governing body of that sport. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and event type, which are available in the sports betting section.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules

• For a cricket match to be valid for betting purposes, a minimum number of overs must be completed as specified in the rules for that market.
• In the event of a Duckworth-Lewis (DLS) result, the DLS-adjusted result is used for settlement.
• In-play bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined — due to data feed delays — are void and will be refunded.
• PSL and international fixtures follow ICC and PCB official results for settlement purposes.

Betting Limits

Daraz Play reserves the right to set maximum bet limits on any market at any time. We also reserve the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at our discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect match manipulation or unusual betting patterns. Limits do not require prior notice and may be applied immediately.

8Account Suspension and Closure

Daraz Play reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons, without limitation:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Opening multiple accounts or being found to be a duplicate account holder.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Bonus abuse as defined in Section 5.
• Use of prohibited software or automated tools as defined in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe when requested.
• Being identified as a minor — i.e., under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Daraz Play reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance depending on the nature of the breach. Real money deposits (excluding bonus funds) will generally be returned to the player unless the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, in which case the balance may be frozen pending legal proceedings.

Player-Initiated Closure

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you can do so by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, the self-exclusion process provides a more appropriate mechanism and ensures safeguards are in place if you attempt to re-register.

9Privacy and Data Protection

Daraz Play collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

In summary, Daraz Play collects personal data including your name, contact details, CNIC information, and transaction records for the sole purpose of operating your account, processing payments, verifying your identity, and complying with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data with marketing third parties without your explicit consent.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion in circumstances where we are no longer required to retain it. 10Responsible Gaming

Daraz Play is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available in your account settings and include:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Loss limits — set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period.
• Session time limits — receive reminders after a set amount of time, or have your session automatically ended.
• Self-exclusion — exclude yourself from Daraz Play for a defined period from 24 hours to permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Cooling-off periods — a shorter break from gambling, available in increments from one day to one month.

If you believe your gambling is causing harm to you or people around you, we strongly encourage you to use these tools. Gambling is entertainment and is only suitable for people who can afford to lose what they bet. 11Limitation of Liability

Daraz Play provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible, accurate, and functional at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for service interruptions caused by technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Platform Errors

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game result, an incorrectly displayed balance, or an erroneous payout, Daraz Play reserves the right to void the affected transaction or adjust the balance to reflect the correct outcome. Any winnings paid out in error must be returned to Daraz Play if we determine that the payout was the result of a technical fault or human error. We will notify affected players and explain the adjustment.

Financial Losses

Daraz Play is not liable for financial losses incurred through normal gameplay. Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. The outcomes of games and sports events are not controlled by Daraz Play — we operate a platform on which events occur according to certified random processes or real-world sports results. Players accept full responsibility for their own betting decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daraz Play's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the three months preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

12Changes to These Terms

Daraz Play may update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "last updated" date at the top of the document. Where changes are significant, we may also notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility as a player to check this page periodically and stay informed of the current Terms. Your continued use of the Daraz Play platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss your account closure.

Daraz Play also reserves the right to make changes to any game, feature, payment method, promotion, or any other aspect of the platform at any time without advance notice, provided that material changes to these Terms are communicated as described above.
